Safety and privacy, without fine print
These are not clauses hidden in a document. They are the rules the product is built by.
A nickname only
The child profile uses a nickname only. We never ask for or allow the child’s legal name, school or address — not in the app, not in public forms, not in the demo.
The parent decides
The child has no public account, no AI chat and cannot make purchases. Entering and leaving Child Mode happens only through you, with your PIN.
Reviewed content, with sources
Guidance comes only from reviewed and approved NeuroNest content, built on official and professional sources. The assistant never invents answers when it has no sources — it says so directly.
Clear AI limits
Ask NeuroNest is for the parent only. It does not diagnose, provide therapy, handle emergencies or comment on medication. For such questions it politely declines and points you to a professional.
Sensitive data, kept separate
Safety events and private notes are stored separately, encrypted, and never reach Child Mode or the Adventure Book.
No commercial pressure on the child
Child Mode has no upgrade buttons, no ads and no messages pushing towards purchases.
What NeuroNest is NOT
- It is not a diagnosis or screening tool for ADHD or any other condition
- It is not therapy, medical treatment or an emergency service
- It does not give advice about medication, doses or administration times
- It does not promise outcomes, cures or school performance
- It does not replace the judgment of a qualified professional
If there is immediate danger, risk of harm, or you feel unable to keep your child safe, contact your local emergency services or a qualified professional now. NeuroNest is not an emergency service.
