Small routines, practical support and a calm exploration space, at your family’s pace.
NeuroNest ADHD helps parents of children aged 6–12 with ADHD or related challenges turn mornings, homework and transitions into concrete, gentle steps you can try today.
Free to try — the demo opens right in your browser, no account needed.
Two spaces, one family rhythm
The parent decides and leads. The child explores with Nesto, in a controlled mode, with no open chat and no ads.
Parent Mode
Today’s plan, routines with concrete steps, scripts to say to your child, check-ins and questions for the specialist — all chosen and controlled by you.
Child Mode
Visual missions with Nesto the Explorer, the day’s routine step by step, and My Adventure Book — a positive journal of effort, not perfection.
A routine is a real sequence of steps
Not generic advice like “stay calm”. Every routine shows you exactly what to do, in what order, and what you can say to your child at each step.
-
We open the day with a picture
Your child sees the morning’s steps as simple images, in order. You say: “Let’s look at the first step together.”
-
One step at a time
The app shows only the current step — getting dressed, for example. The rest of the steps wait, so they don’t overwhelm.
-
We mark the step as done
When the step is finished, your child taps “Done” and Nesto celebrates the effort, not the speed.
-
We choose what comes next
You decide whether to continue with the next step or take a break. A break is never a loss.
You choose today’s support
Every day, NeuroNest suggests two or three ideas built only from reviewed content, matched to your child’s age and the goals you chose. You can edit, replace or ignore them.
- A support plan created during onboarding, around your family’s goals
- Editable daily suggestions with routines, activities and scripts
- Ask NeuroNest: answers only from approved NeuroNest content, always with its source
- Progress, wins and patterns — described in plain words, with no clinical scores
Safety is not a premium feature
Essential safety guidance costs nothing and never sits behind a subscription.
- The child profile uses a nickname only — we never ask for or allow legal names, school, or address
- Child Mode has no open AI chat, no purchases and no sensitive data
- NeuroNest does not diagnose, provide therapy, or give medication advice
- In overwhelming or unsafe situations, the app points you to a professional, not to more content
During testing, every feature is free
Right now, during the testing period, all NeuroNest features — including those that will become Premium — are free. At launch, some of them will move to the Premium plan; the core features and essential safety guidance remain free.
Who creates the NeuroNest content
The routines, exercises and activities in the app are created by Diana Ștefania Epure, the project’s founder. Every routine is built as a real sequence of steps, with concrete scripts for the parent and visual demonstrations for the child.
Try NeuroNest for free
The app is available to try for free. The interactive demo opens right in your browser, with no account and no personal data — walk through a routine the way your child sees it.
