Frequently asked questions

Straight answers, no detours. If you cannot find your answer here, the safety page explains the product rules in detail.

How much does NeuroNest cost?

You can try NeuroNest for free — during testing, all features, including the future Premium ones, are free. At launch, the core features stay free, and Premium prices will be shown then.

What is NeuroNest ADHD?

A parent-controlled educational support app for families with children aged 6–12 with ADHD or related challenges. It helps with daily routines, attention, emotional regulation, transitions and homework — through concrete steps, not long lessons. You do not need a diagnosis to use it.

Does NeuroNest diagnose or screen?

No. NeuroNest does not diagnose any condition, does not produce severity scores and does not screen. It is educational support for everyday routines. Diagnosis belongs exclusively to a qualified professional.

Does my child talk to an AI?

No. Child Mode has no open AI chat. The Ask NeuroNest assistant is available only to the parent and answers only from approved NeuroNest content, always showing its source.

What data do you ask about my child?

Only a nickname, their age (6–12 years) and the language spoken at home. We never ask for or allow the child’s legal name, school or address — anywhere in the product.

What happens on a hard day?

Nothing negative. There are no lost streaks, no withdrawn stars, no lost lives, no failure messages. “Not today” is a valid check-in answer, and your child never sees a negative history or the hard moments.

How do rewards work?

Your child earns Nest Stars for effort and participation, not for perfection. Stars are never lost and cannot be taken away as a punishment — not even by the parent. With them, your child unlocks outfits, accessories and backgrounds for Nesto.

What can and cannot Ask NeuroNest do?

It can answer practical questions about routines, transitions, movement and regulation, only from approved content. It cannot answer questions about diagnosis, medication or emergencies — for those, it politely declines and points you to a professional.

What is the difference between Free and Premium?

During testing, all features — including those that will become Premium — are free. At launch, Premium will include unlimited normal assistant questions, more rewards and personalization options, and additional export options. The core features and essential safety remain free.

Can I export information for a doctor or teacher?

Yes. You can generate PDF summaries with goals, what you tried and what you observed, with an educational disclaimer on every page. Sensitive data (such as safety events) is included only with your explicit confirmation.

What languages is it available in?

The interface is prepared for English, French, German, Spanish, Romanian and Italian. Guidance content appears in a language only after its translation is reviewed and approved — if something is not yet available in your language, the app tells you so directly instead of inventing content.
