How it works, step by step
From the first screen to today’s plan, everything is designed for a parent with little time: a few clear steps, no long assessments.
-
Create your account and read the legal information
Before any profile, you read the terms, privacy policy and disclaimers, in your language. Only after you confirm you have read them can you continue.
-
Create the child profile — with a nickname only
You choose a nickname, the age (6–12 years) and the language spoken at home. We never ask for the child’s legal name, school or address.
-
Answer the support plan wizard
13 short stages about your family’s goals, the hard moments of the day and the guidance style you prefer. You can save and continue later.
-
Receive the support plan and today’s suggestions
Based on your answers, NeuroNest proposes a plan and two or three concrete suggestions for today. You decide where to start.
-
Your child enters Child Mode, under your control
You send the mission to your child, they explore with Nesto, and leaving Child Mode requires your PIN.
What an ordinary day looks like
The main screen is “Today”: the concrete support chosen for that day, not an endless list of features.
In the morning
Open “Today” and see the day’s suggestions — for example the morning routine and a short movement activity before leaving.
During the day
Your child moves through the mission in Child Mode, step by step, with large images and simple instructions from Nesto.
In the evening
A 30-second check-in: did you try it? How did it go? The app records wins and patterns, with no grades and no leaderboards.
Want to see it concretely?
The interactive demo shows a routine the way your child sees it — with fictional data, no account.
