Built for the parent who has little time
Not a long lesson and not an assessment. One concrete step to try today, chosen by you, with everything you need to carry it through.
“Today” — the screen everything starts from
After onboarding, the first thing you see is the day’s plan: two or three suggestions built from reviewed content, matched to your child’s age and the goals you chose. Each suggestion includes the routine, the activity, what you can say to your child, and their mission with Nesto.
- Suggestions are editable — you can change, reorder or replace them
- The “Start” button opens the real step-by-step guide, not just a notification
- If today is not the right day, choose something else or leave it for tomorrow — no penalties
Routines, activities and scripts
The library contains complete routines (morning, calm-down, emotional reset), 20 movement, regulation and focus activities, plus developed scripts — concrete lines you can say to your child, in context.
Ask NeuroNest — answers only from approved content
The parent assistant answers exclusively from reviewed and approved NeuroNest content. Every answer shows you its source and the related guide. When there is no approved guidance for your question, it says so directly instead of guessing.
Ask NeuroNest does not diagnose, provide therapy, handle emergencies, or give medication advice. For questions about medication or diagnosis, it points you to your child’s prescribing clinician or a qualified professional.
Progress, wins and patterns
See what you tried, what went more easily and which supports helped most — described in plain words, over clear time ranges. No severity scores, no charts that promise outcomes.
- 30-second check-ins, not exhausting journals
- Your child’s wins go into the Adventure Book; hard moments stay visible only to you
- Notes for the discussion with a professional, generated from your own entries — which you can edit
Exports for professionals
You can generate a PDF summary for a clinician, therapist or teacher: the goals, what you tried and what you observed. Every page carries the disclaimer that it is an educational material, and sensitive data is included only with your explicit confirmation.
